How would you describe your style of photography?

Photojournalistic, candid and true to color. I mainly search for moments that are truly happening and lightly create them for dramatic effect during our formals. Your images are meant to last a lifetime, I’m here to make sure that happens stylistically and otherwise.

how long have you been doing wedding photography?

Altogether I have been happily shooting weddings for about 11 years. I started off as a second shooter in college as a means to make extra money on the weekends but ultimately fell in love with it. I thrive in the chaos and ever moving parts of a wedding day. Not only does it challenge me to create fast on my feet but it involves my favorite subjects; people.

who are your second shooters?

I have 4-5 second shooters I have been working with extensively over the years. Depending on their availability and your date, one of them will be joining us on your big day. Each one is an extension of my business therefore everyone acts with professionalism and a similarly keen eye.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! If your venue requires a certificate, I am more than happy to provide them with one.

Can I bring my dog to our session?

100% yes to all the dogs. My only suggestion is to bring a family/friend along who can accompany them while they aren’t in the photos.

How do I secure my session/wedding date?

Simple! I require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold your date. For weddings, the final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. For other sessions, the final payment is due the day of the session.

What payments do you accept?

I accept cash, check, Venmo or Paypal.

do you charge for travel?

While I am happy to travel to you, I do have a small travel fee depending on your location. This cost covers things such as gas/tolls/extra time spent/possible overnight stay.

How long before I receive my images?

Waiting is the hardest part! However, I assure you I am hard at work perfecting your images. For weddings, the turnaround on delivery of your gallery is approximately 1.5 - 2 months. For smaller sessions, 3-5 business days.

Can I add an engagement session to my wedding package?

Sure thing! An e-session can be added to any package you choose with the additional cost of $275.

How many photos will we receive from our wedding day?

This depends on what coverage you have opted for but typically I deliver anywhere from 500-800 images per wedding.

What happens if we need to cancel our wedding?

While I hope this never happens, the retainer for your wedding date and all monies paid towards your balance are non-refundable. The reason behind this is that I turn down other inquiries for your date once we have signed our contract.

What if you get sick or even worse — die?

In the decade that I have been shooting weddings, I have not once missed a wedding. That being said, my commitment to you will always take precedence. However if the latter were to happen which would not only be super duper sad for me, you and most definitely my loved ones, I have a wonderful team of second shooters who would not hesitate to jump in to take the reins.

Are you lgbtq+ friendly?

Yes, yes yes! Love is love is love no matter who you are.

How soon should we book you?

As soon as you can! My weekend dates book up fast and in advance. This also means I am unable to hold a date without a signed contract or retainer.

are we required to feed you at our wedding?

My coverage is consecutive on your wedding day. While you are not required to feed us, we will always graciously accept your invitation to dine with you. You will also save me from eating an old energy bar that’s been living in my bag for the past season. We prefer to eat at the same time you are so that when you are done and ready to hit the dance floor, we are able to jump right back into your coverage. If you decide otherwise, we do take a 60 minute dinner break outside of the venue. We’d much rather be able to stay in the building with you to make sure we don’t miss anything but you are not obligated to feed us!
